Operator of the train and services
The train, all onboard services, the excursions and the itinerary are provided and operated by the train's operator, not by Luxury Train Vacations. All travel is subject to the operator's own conditions of carriage and booking terms, which are provided at the time of booking and which prevail in the event of any conflict with the information on this website.
Accuracy of information
The information on this website is prepared in good faith and we take care to keep it accurate and current. However, descriptions, itineraries, schedules, prices, images and other details are provided for general guidance only and are subject to change. We do not warrant that the website is free of typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and we accept no liability for any reliance placed on such information. Confirmed details are provided to you before departure.
Changes, delays and matters beyond our control
The train operator may amend, reschedule, shorten, re-route or cancel any itinerary, excursion, departure time or rolling stock — including at short notice — for reasons of weather, safety, operational requirements, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control. Delays, cancellations and last-minute changes to the service are the responsibility of the train operator, and Luxury Train Vacations is not liable for them. Where we are notified of changes, we will pass relevant information to you as soon as is reasonably practical, and any material changes known before departure will be communicated to you.
Prices and bookings
Prices are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed. Your contract for the rail journey is with the train operator, or as otherwise specified at the time of booking.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions are set by the train operator and are provided to you at the time of booking.
Travel documents, insurance and health
Guests are responsible for holding valid travel documents and for meeting any visa, entry or health requirements. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every guest.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxury Train Vacations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from any change, delay or cancellation by the train operator. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The content of this website is owned by or licensed to Luxury Train Vacations and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, to your booking, or to your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in New Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
